Osiris: “Well look, it really has been wonderful because we are the first project of the Grupo DV that has the opportunity to use this incredible virtual platform.

 

And it has really worked for us in an extraordinary way because, obviously, as we are right now, we are in the process of building and pre-selling the units.

 

then, when customers see the entire 3D virtual model, they can realize what the dimensions, specifications, how the apartment will look like…

 

When a client wants to see a particular unit, we can quickly show them the building and amenities, go through the apartments, show them prices, specifications… then that helps us a lot and the client begins to fall in love with the project.

 

This has started to speed up our sales process…so, in fact, part of the company’s plan is to start implementing it in other developments,

 

because obviously the rest of the sales team that we have, seeing this extraordinary digital tool that we have, well, everyone already loves it as part of the Grupo DV.
