hauzd is built on managed cloud infrastructure. Platform-level capabilities (hosting, managed database, authentication primitives, edge functions, storage) are provided by our infrastructure providers. Application-level practices — what data we collect, how it is used, how access is granted, and how customers configure their projects — are the responsibility of hauzd as the app owner. Customers are responsible for the content they upload and for the credentials they share with their teams.

Customer-facing areas of the site are public. Administrative tooling is gated behind email/password authentication and server-side role checks. Role assignments are stored in a dedicated table and validated on the server through row-level security policies, not from client-supplied claims.

The website and its backend services run on managed cloud platforms. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Database access is restricted through row-level security policies and service-side keys that are never exposed to the browser.

We collect the information visitors voluntarily submit through contact, demo and newsletter forms (such as name, email, company and message), and standard analytics signals used to improve the site. We do not sell personal data. For details on cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

hauzd uses third-party services to operate the site, including managed cloud hosting and database, email delivery, CRM/booking tools (such as Zoho), and analytics/marketing tags (such as Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel). These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own terms.

Form submissions and lead data are retained while they remain useful for the commercial relationship and as required by applicable law. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We design our practices around widely accepted privacy principles (such as data minimization, purpose limitation and least-privilege access). This page does not assert any specific certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR adequacy, etc.). When a customer requires formal documentation, contact us to discuss the available options.
