The other day I was talking to a real estate developer from Canada and he told me that they were generating leads through a form on the website with a call to action
“I want more info” …
And, when that Lead reached their CRM, the sales executive would verify the contact details and then send a Brochure via email.
At that point, I asked him three questions:
1- How do you know what type of apartment that client is looking for?
I don’t know, we just know that they want to know more about the project.
My suggestion was: You could include a couple of filter fields: eg: “Number of bedrooms”.
2- And now what?
Well, our sales assistant sends them a complete brochure so they can see all the possible options and then makes a follow-up call to detect interest and arrange a meeting.
3- Now, how long does it take the sales assistant to send the info to the customer?
His answer was: Depending, in some cases it can be 2 hours or more depending on the work.
Even if a customer requests info today, let say at 7pm, until tomorrow at 9am they will not receive the brochure.
In this video I’m going to show you how you can improve the property buying experience by:
- Allowing users to make their own journey and find the unit they are looking for according to their preferences.
- Saving time in sending information to buyers without having an assistant available 24 hours a day, that is, automating the process.
